From resourcing to induction, benefits, and rewards at 5 years of service, this MOT reviews the complete journey of an employee through your organisation and, the top areas where you are winning plus those where engagement or effectiveness can be boosted. For example, you may be seeing unduly high employee turnover in the month after 6 months’ completion of service. What is behind it? This MOT will provide an in-depth look into the key engagement points for your people, the ultimate aim being to drive motivation and performance, streamline your processes and build proactive checkpoints into your people agenda.

With a fresh pair of eyes, a full data audit will be completed to investigate compliance throughout your People function from recruitment to payroll to equal opportunities monitoring, offering real peace of mind by uncovering the areas in need of special attention.

Training and development sessions

Providing recommendations for improved teams, client service and overall employee motivation aligned with business objectives and goals and/or specific training sessions of your choice.

Before booking an MOT, we have a ‘getting to know you’ process which begins with a complimentary online session lasting up to 90 minutes.

 

This should give us enough time to ensure that we are the right fit, that I can add measurable value for your organisation and of equal importance that we will work well together.

 

During this session we’ll agree a list of objectives and will determine what success looks like. Afterwards you will receive a summary of the key points with my recommendations.

 

Up to 3 key executives can join to ensure we achieve a baseline for collaboration and maximum representation for your organisation.

 

Timeframes and fees for any further work (including the MOTs and their duration) will be discussed in confidence as our session draws to a close and confirmed in writing.
